If there is a leak out of my administration, I want to know who it is. And if the person has violated the law, the person will be taken care of.
If the terriers and bariffs are torn down, this economy will grow.
Look, when you're the president, there's all kinds of things said about us. I mean, it's just the nature of the job.
I believe a marriage is between a man and a woman.
Over time it's going to be important for nations to know they will be held accountable for inactivity. You're either with us or against us in the fight against terror.
Grief and tragedy and hatred are only for a time. Goodness, remembrance and love have no end, and the Lord of life holds all who die and all who mourn.
I worry about a culture that devalues life and believe as your president I have an important obligation to foster and encourage respect for life in America and throughout the world.
When we make a pledge, we mean it. We keep our word, and what we begin, we will finish.
[T]he people of Iraq have spoken to the world, and the world is hearing the voice of freedom from the center of the Middle East.
It used to be, people were afraid to talk about Social Security. Now, I think people should be afraid not to talk about Social Security and start coming up with some solutions.
The United States and Israel have enjoyed a friendship built on mutual respect and commitment to democratic principles. Our continuing search for peace in the Middle East begins with a recognition that the ties uniting our two countries can never be broken.
I'm not surprised if we begin to uncover the weapons program of Saddam Hussein - because he had a weapons program.
We'll find them. It'll be a matter of time to do so.
He tried to fool the United Nations and did for 12 years by hiding these weapons. And so, it's going to take time to find them. But we know he had them, and whether he destroyed them, moved them or hid them, we're going to find out the truth.
We are learning more as we interrogate or have discussions with Iraqi scientists and people within the Iraqi structure, that perhaps he destroyed some, perhaps he dispersed some. And so we will find them.
Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised.
It appears to be a re-run of a bad movie. [Iraqi President Saddam Hussein] is delaying. He's deceiving. He's asking for time. He's playing hide-and-seek with inspectors. One thing is for certain - he's not disarming.
Iraq has stockpiled biological and chemical weapons, and is rebuilding the facilities used to make more of those weapons...We have sources that tell us that Saddam Hussein recently authorized Iraqi field commanders to use chemical weapons - the very weapons the dictator tells us he does not have.
We really don't need the United Nations approval to act. When it comes to our security, we do not need anyones permission.
The course of this nation does not depend on the decisions of others.
My answer is bring 'em on.
Iran is an ancient land, home to a proud culture with a rich heritage of learning and progress. The future of Iran will be decided by the people of Iran. Right now, the Iranian people are struggling with difficult questions about how to build a modern 21st-century society that is at once Muslim, prosperous, and free. There is a long history of friendship between the American people and the people of Iran. As Iran's people move towards a future defined by greater freedom, greater tolerance, they will have no better frie
The American people are proud to welcome your majesty back to the United States, a nation you've come to know very well. After all you've dined with 10 U.S. presidents. You've helped our nation celebrate its bicentennial in 17 -in 1976
Drug therapies are replacing a lot of medicine as we used to know it.
If you look at my policies they're all aimed at empowering people to make their own decisions.
You cannot show weakness in this world.
There seems to be a lot of name-calling going on, but I want to remind you what our good dad told me one time. Labels are for soup cans.
The presidency is a serious job that requires sound judgment and good ideas, and there's no doubt in my mind that Jeb Bush has the experience and the character to be a great president.
I don't understand how poor people think.
I encourage all Americans to express admiration and appreciation to fathers.
