I am a vegan so I do not eat any meat or animal by-products.
Growth and change may be painful sometimes, but nothing in life is as painful as staying stuck where you don't belong.
Don't quit on yourself. The one's who make it are the ones who keep going no matter how hard it gets.
Diet and nutrition. No matter how hard you train you will not be able to acquire a truly ripped physique if you do not follow a proper healthy nutrition plan.
My body is capable of so much more and I want to keep tapping into that inner strength.
Never let a bad day be enough to go and talk to you into giving up.
Life is short. Focus on what matters, and LET GO of what doesn't.
Your mindset can either be your greatest opponent or your greatest motivator.
My fitness goals are to continue my physical fitness progression to extreme levels.
Allow your passion to be stronger than your pain. Don't stop.
Consistency is very important. The more consistent you are, the more progress you will make to reach your goals.
Believe in what makes you strong. It's this belief and this drive that will take you places that only people who are courageous enough to keep believing can go.
Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true!'
You will never succeed if you do not believe what you want. Visualize your goal. Make an effort to go for it and always stay confident that it can be yours.
A goal without a plan is just a wish. Go out there and make things happen.
I want to set an example, motivate and inspire anyone interested in inquiring in super wellness in having a vegan diet and mastering their own body weight to high levels.
Surround yourself on the same mission as you.
Never let what anyone says about you distract you from your goals. let them talk and move forward with confidence.
I felt like I needed to do more with myself. Youtube drew me into calisthenics as I was searching for new workout ideas. I fell in love with the feeling of mastering my own weight.
Repeat after me: I WILL fight for it. I will not give up. I will reach my goal and absolutely nothing will stop me'
Being consistent is a necessity for progression and without it, motivation dies.
There are many advantages that I feel calisthenics has over other forms of training.
I set small realistic goals for myself. I have my mind trained that I can do anything I want if I really want it and I challenge myself with every training session.
I was tired of feeling tired, slow and weak and I wanted to get bigger, faster and stronger.
Don't worry if you're not where you want to be, great things take time.
Calisthenics takes over my training regime. This form of training is limitless to the goals I set out for myself.
To be a success in life you don't have to be perfect, you just have to remain perfectly capable of improving. Let your mistakes, and life's twists and turns, strengthen you.
I normally train six days a week and for about two hours each day.
I want to be in the best shape possible and my dedication and progression keeps me motivated.
Let's leave the negative energy behind us.
